Community Guidelines
Last Updated: April 29, 2025
Space's Community Guidelines establish the standards for behavior and content on our platform. They apply to all users — Instructors and Students alike — ensuring our platform remains safe, trusted, and built on mutual respect.
These community guidelines apply to all content on Space, including course pages, chats, forum posts, direct messages, and reviews. They are designed to promote trust, safety, and respect across the Space community while protecting users' ability to create, share, and learn freely.
You will find the following included in these Community Guidelines:
- Prohibited Conduct and Content: conduct and content that is not permitted on Space.
- Reviews Guidelines: our policies and guidelines on reviews.
- Earnings Claims: requirements for content that makes income or earning statements.
- Enforcement: what happens if you violate our Terms of Service or these guidelines.
- Reporting: how to report violations of these guidelines.

- Violent and graphic content — Sharing excessively violent, gory, or disturbing content intended to shock or disgust.
2. Reviews
Reviews play a vital role in helping prospective students make informed purchase decisions. To ensure fairness and transparency, all reviews must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Honest & Accurate — Reviews should reflect genuine opinions, findings, and experiences. False, misleading, or unsubstantiated information is not allowed.
- Full Disclosure — If you have any connection to the instructor that could influence your review, you must clearly disclose it.
- Incentivized Reviews — Instructors offering incentives for reviews must inform users of these guidelines, monitor content, and report non-compliant reviews to support@myanmarcyberyouths.com. You may not provide incentive for a fake review.
We will not approve reviews that contain:
- Spam or repetitive content — Including excessive use of symbols, distracting text, or irrelevant images.
- Private information — Do not share your own or others' personal details, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or mailing addresses.
- External links — To prevent phishing and malware risks, links are not allowed.
- Prohibited content — Reviews must not contain anything that violates these Community Guidelines.
If you come across a review that violates these guidelines, you can report it by contacting support@myanmarcyberyouths.com.
3. Earnings Claims
When your User Content contains express or implied statements about the ability to earn income ("Earnings Claims"), you must:
- Ensure that any Earnings Claims are not false, deceptive, or misleading in any respect, including by implying that atypical results are typical.
- Have a reasonable basis to substantiate any Earnings Claims you make.
- Account for material expenses incurred in generating income when Earnings Claims reflect gross income.
- Ensure that any Earnings Claims contained in testimonials are accurate and either representative of generally expected results, or accompanied by a clear and conspicuous disclosure of relevant context and typical earnings.
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements.
4. Enforcement
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, legal action, or reporting to law enforcement authorities. The severity of enforcement action depends on the nature and frequency of the violation.
If you violate our guidelines, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove content
- Limit platform access
- Suspend your account
- Withhold payouts
- Claw back withdrawals from your bank account
- Refund students
We enforce these measures to maintain a fair and secure marketplace for all users. Users may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting support@myanmarcyberyouths.com within seven (7) days of notification.
5. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through support@myanmarcyberyouths.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action. Submitting false or bad-faith reports may itself result in account action.
